KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:
DR. RON HULL: Principal Consultant and owner of Ron Hull & Associates, a technical food consulting business with clients in milk production and processing, distribution and retailing. coauthor of several books on dairy microbiology and fermented foods. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles on dairy microbiology, lactic acid bacteria, probiotics and the use of probiotics to control disease. Dr. Hull has taught dairy microbiology, dairy technology, food microbiology and food safety to science and graduate students at the University of Melbourne and the Victoria University of Technology for twenty years.

DR. TED BEALS: is a pathologist and retired faculty member of the University of Michigan Medical School. His studies currently focus on the biological benefits of milk and appropriate testing to maintain the quality of fresh unprocessed farm milk.

  DR.CAROL VACHON: Dr Vachon obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology and a PH.D. in medical physiology from Laval University in Québec City. This was followed by a postdoctoral training at School of Medicine in Geneva in Switzerland. He pursued research in nutrition at Laval University on protein quality, dietary fibre, glycaemia and cholesterol. He is the author of the book, Pour l'amour du bon lait, and has written several scientific papers.
